Ivinghoe Appartment is a self contained ground floor flat, superbly furnished with side sea glimpse next door to our guest house. There is parking for a small car (4m x 1.7m) and a seating area. Our one bedroom disability friendly flat has the option of Twin or Super King bed.
The lounge and kitchen have views of the sea. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a 42 inch TV, a DVD and a CD player. Wi-fi is available in all the rooms.
Mid-May to the end of September this flat is offered as a weekly booking starting on a Friday. Short breaks are available from October to Mid-May starting Friday or Monday.

Parking in the streets around the guest house is free. Most people managed to park for free last season. There are three nearby car parks where parking is free from 6pm to 8am in two.

We can usually meet a train with prior warning. The station is only a five minute walk from the guest house
Rooms are usually available from 3pm. This is later than normal due to Covid restrictions but we can message you on the day if the room is ready earlier.
We ask our guests to leave by 10am on the day of departure
Yes of course, you can pop back whenever you want to.

Cromer has Blue Flag accredited beaches with large expanses of sand and rock pools at low tide. Sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed over the sea.
The town has mainly independent shops including a great variety of places to eat. Cromer has a Merlin cinema too.
The town hosts many events over the year such as the Crab and Lobster Festival, Cromer Carnival and Folk on the Pier.
