Ground floor accesible self contained flat with parking

Ivinghoe is a one bedroom (twin/double) ground floor flat next door to Beachcomber. It is available as self catering accommodation all year.

Stays are weekly from Friday to Friday and short breaks off peak are offered, three nights from Friday or four nights from Monday.

The flat has its own parking space and a small outside seating area.

The flat is also available as a ground floor bed and breakfast accommodation for those who still enjoy a B&B stay.

There is a large comfortable lounge with a coal flame effect electic fire. There is a 42 inch TV, a DVD and a CD  player. Wi-fi is available in all the rooms. The lounge has a glimpse towards the sea too.


There is a well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room with microwave and washing machine. There is an electric cooker. You can glimpse the sea from the kitchen.



The bedroom has a choice of either twins or a super king bed.



Being on the ground floor guests have found it suitable for the less able. There are two steps, with handrails either side, down from the lounge and bedroom to the kitchen and shower room. There are two hand rails outside by the entrance where there are two steps. 

The walk-in shower has a shower stool.



It has its own rear entrance with a parking space for one car. There are small seating areas to the side and directly outside

Fuel costs are included in the price and the flat is centrally heated. Bedding and towels are provided. There is a welcome pack and complimentary toiletries.

Our guests are offered the option of breakfast at our guest house next door at a small additional cost. We can also store cycles in our cycle shed next door.
